At Heartnest Retreat, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our clients. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and rescheduling.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any yoga classes, massage services, or packages purchased. All sales are final.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and we want to be as flexible as possible. If you need to reschedule a yoga class or massage appointment, please notify us at least:

• Yoga Classes: 12 hours before the class start time.

• Massage Appointments: 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made within these timeframes will be accommodated based on availability. Failure to notify us within the required time will result in the session being forfeited.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled class or appointment and fail to notify us within the rescheduling window, the session will be considered used, and no rescheduling will be allowed.
